I’m kind of a person who likes to keep a journal about the things happening in my life.

What do I write there..
• Events happening everyday.
• People in my life.
• Imaginations.
• Sometimes decisions for future.
• And my thought process.
• Sometimes I also like to draw there.
• Things I’m grateful about & a lot more stuff..

Going ahead in life, journal helps you look back and take a peek at the old you. Just like scrolling all the way down to your fb timeline will also reveal some posts you posted at that time but now you might think stupid.

Journal is just a personal stupidity tracker.

I have been writing journal for about 3 years now. And I want to write it frequently. But apparently that’s not always how the time unfolds.

Many a times weeks & months go by before another entry into journal.

And that’s a problem…

So to deal with this problem, I have come up with a solution, that seems to be working so far and has helped me write 3 times in a week. And… here’s the trick.

Always keep the journal in your sight. Keep it in your bed. Sleep with it. Also, always keep a dedicated pen along with it.

So that next time when you are about to go to sleep in that warm comforter, you might think of doing a quick entry in the journal. And if a lot of things are on your mind, that quick entry will turn into a longer one.

Who knew that a tiny trick could turn a task full of friction into a piece of cake.

Happy Journalling ❣️

Thank you for reading. Hope this will help you in your life.
